Refund policy

1. All Sales Final (Strict Policy)

All products are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Minor cosmetic variations (color tone, print placement, etc.)

Important: Product images, mockups, and colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and production processes.

 


 

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We will only offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 5 days of confirmed delivery

  • Valid photo/video evidence is provided

  • The item is unused and unmodified

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

 


 

3. Apparel (Hoodies, Shirts, etc.)

All apparel is made and fulfilled with strict quality control.

  • No size exchanges or returns

  • Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering

Defective or misprinted items fall under Section 2.

 


 

4. Small Parts & Automotive Products

Due to the sensitive nature of parts:

  • No returns on installed, used, or modified parts

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or misuse

Claims for defective or incorrect parts must follow Section 2.

 


 

5. Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders enter processing quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this window, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded

 


 

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

 


 

7. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We take fraud and chargebacks seriously.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You will contact us first at info@fitzgeraldperformance.com to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback

  • Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback may result in:

    • Your order being permanently denied refund

    • Submission of evidence (order confirmation, IP address, delivery confirmation, and communication records) to your payment provider

    • Being banned from future purchases

We actively dispute all chargebacks with:

  • Order confirmation details

  • Tracking and delivery confirmation

  • Customer communication records

  • Agreement to this policy at checkout

 


 

8. Digital Agreement & Policy Acceptance

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and accepted this Refund & Return Policy

  • You understand all items are final sale unless qualifying under Section 2

  • You waive the right to unjustified chargebacks under these terms

10. Giveaway & Promotional Entry Policy

Orders associated with giveaways or promotional campaigns may include bonus entries based on purchase value or specific products.

By participating in any giveaway:

  • Entries are directly tied to completed, non-refunded purchases

  • If an order is canceled, refunded, or returned for any reason, all associated entries from that order will be immediately voided and removed

  • If entries have already been issued, we reserve the right to deduct or invalidate those entries prior to winner selection

  • Attempting to gain entries through purchases that are later refunded or disputed may result in disqualification from the giveaway entirely

This policy ensures fairness and prevents abuse of promotional systems.
